Save a structured observation in a Prism Project, classified as fact (F), management statement (M), estimate (E), or judgment (J), with optional source evidence, interpretation, confidence, and thesis impact. Returns the saved observation without applying changes to the canonical thesis. Preview this operation with mode=preview and a stable idempotencyKey. After approval, commit with mode=commit, operationId and commitToken only; saved preview fields cannot be replaced.
